Models
I offer three guitar models or sizes, the S14 (Grand Concert), S15 (Orchestra Model) and the S16 (Small Jumbo). All of my guitars emphasize clarity, sustain and tonal balance up and down the fingerboard and across the strings. Of particular importance to me is that my guitars possess a powerful well defined bass, a nuanced midrange and clear sweet trebles.

The Model S14 is the smallest guitar I offer and is similar in size to the Grand Concert. This guitar has a more nuanced tone that is especially suited for fingerpicking. Yet, the low end is surprisingly strong, focused and well balanced with the sweet highs and midrange.

The Model S15 is similar in size to the Martin OM, but with a more organic shape. Tonal balance defines this guitar with pronounced clarity and surprising volume. It is ideally suited for fingerpicking, but with the proper soundboard can easily function as a flatpicking guitar.

The Model S16 is my version of the small jumbo and fills the needs of those who want a bigger sound, a more pronounced bass and increased dynamic headroom, along with my signature clarity and sustain. This is an all around guitar equally suited for fingerpicking and flatpicking.

Ascent Series

All three models are available in a traditional pinned bridge series as well as the new Ascent Series. The Ascent Series represents a significant innovation in the design of the modern acoustic flat top guitar. Although Ascent guitars look similar to "gypsy jazz" guitars, they are very different in design and tonal qualities. I am very excited about what these guitars can offer. However, if you are going to be doing a lot of traveling with the guitar, you may wish to upgrade to a Calton flight case.^top
